88% water and 12% extract. By law, a Vollbier (full or entire beer) contains 11
to 14% extract.
In Germany when people order beer, they rarely ask for by their brand.
They ask for a Kölsch, Weissbier, Pils, an alt, hellers or Dunke.

Reissdorf Kölsch
One of the most famous beer brand in Cologne since 1894. Founded by
Heinrich Reissdorf. Kölsch is an appellation protected by the Kölsch
Konvention, and is restricted by breweries in Cologne (Köln). Until 2002, was
brewed in the Serveinsviertel district of Cologne.

Erdinger Weissbier Pikantus
Erdinger is a brewer of Weissbier, the world’s largest wheat beer
brewery in the town of Erding, situated northeast Munich and is produced in accordance
with the German brewing regulations and German purity law for beer. It is
brewed only with water, malt, hops, and yeast.

Paulaner
Germany brewery, established in 1634 in Munich by the Minim friars of
the Neudeck ob der Au cloister who were part of the order of saint Francis of
Paula. The monks had brewed beer for their own use. Paulaner is the largest
brewery in Bavaria. The beers are brewed according to the Bavarian Purity
Requirements of 1516.
