The “Single
Grain Whisky” is made in continuous column stills and has a lighter flavor. To
be labeled “Single Grain Whiskey” must be produced only in Scotland, matured
three years minimum in oak casks and must have a minimum alcohol content of 40%
ABV (alcohol by volume).
