1½ tz harina todo uso
1½ cup all
purpose flour (APF)
1 cdita polvo para
hornear
1 tsp baking
powder
¾ tz mantequilla sin sal
(aceite)
¾ cup unsalted
butter
¾ tz azúcar
¾ cup sugar
3 huevos
3 eggs
2 cdas leche
2 tbs milk
1 cdita vainilla
1 tsp vanilla
1. Batir la mantequilla
con la azúcar por un minuto. Incorporar poco a poco los huevos, la leche y la
vainilla hasta obtener una masa homogenéa.
Whisk the the butter
with the sugar for about one minute. Gradually add the eggs, the milk, the
flour and the vanilla until smoth.
