Grill Tuna Ceviche
















1 tuna fillet
½ red onion ii cubes
4 tbs fresh chopped parsley
Juice of 3 lemons
Juice of 3 limes
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ red bell pepper in cubes

Season tuna with salt and pepper to taste. Grill 3 minutes each side. Remove from the grill. Cut into small cubes. Place in a bowl add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.

→It is recommended to use white fish such as corvina, sole, grouper, tilapia and in the case of seafood, shrimp or scallops instead of tuna or salmon.
