4 cdas cebollitas chinas
4 tbs chives, chopped
1. En procesador de
alimentos, procesar leche, queso cottage, queso crema, cebollines, salmón, jugo
de limón, pimienta blanco hasta formar una crema
In food processor,
process milk, cottage cheese, cream cheese, scallions, salmon, lemon juice,
white pepper until smooth
2. Refrigerar por
12 o 24 horas
Refrigerate 12 or 24
hours
3. Cortar los
pepinos en rodajas (3/4 “)
Cut cucumbers into ¾”
rounds
4. Quitar las
semillas
Remove seeds
5. Rellenar con crema
Fill up with cream
6. Rociar con cebollitas
chinas
Sprinkle with chives
7. Tapar y
refrigerar hasta servir
Cover and refrigerate
until serve
