and pepper to taste

tbs Italian seasoning

seasoning mixture

dried basil

tsp dried rosemary

tsp dried thyme

tbs dried parsley
In
a small bowl combine the dried herbs with the olive oil. Let it rest for 15 to
20 minutes.
Cut
the the veggies into medium pieces and place them into a bowl.
Cut
the tomatoes and remove the seeds with a small spoon or with your finger. Cut
into medium pieces. Set aside.
Coat the vegetables with the oil mixture. Add the tomatoes few minutes before grilled. Place vegetables in a grill basket. Grill over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning occasionally
