Vinagreta de albahaca / Basil vinaigrette


1 chalote pequeño (1/4 cebolla)
1 small shallot (1/4 onion)

1 diente de ajo
1 garlic clove

½ taza de albahaca fresca
½ cup fresh basil

1 cdita mostaza Dijón
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

3 cdas vinagre de vino rojo
3 tbsp red wine vinegar

9 cdas olive oil (no extra virgin)
9 tbsp olive oil (no extra virgin)

Sal Kosher (pellizco)
Kosher Salt (pinch)

Pimienta negra (al gusto)
Black pepper (to taste)


En un bowl mediano batir hasta homogeneizar.
