The Kebapche is a typical Bulgarian dish and very popular in Serbia, prepared with ground beef and spices in the form of cylinders of 15 cm long by 3 cm thickness approximately, cooked on the grill.
½ lb beef meat
½ lb carne de res
½ lb Pork meat
½ lb carne de cerdo
½ tsp cumin
½ cucharadita comino
½ tsp oregano
½ cucharadita orégano
½ tsp allspice
½ cucharadita (guayabita – pimienta de Jamaica)
Salt (to taste)
Sal (al gusto)
Black pepper (to taste)
Pimienta negra (al gusto)
1. Cut meat into medium cubes
Cortar la carne en cubos medianos
2. Seasoning
Adobar
3. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours
Tapar y refrigerar por 24 horas
4. Grind the meat
Moler la carne
5. Form a 15 cm long cylinder
Formar cilindro de 15 cm de largo
6. Grill
Asar a la parrilla
